We require standard documentation prior to being able to process your application. These documents will be requested by the advisor during the initial call upon receipt of your application. These proofs can be faxed, posted or E-mailed to us.

Standard proofs for an applicant who is employed will be a copy of the applicants latest wage slip and a copy of their drivers licence. If the applicant has the new style of drivers licence then both photo and counterpart licence will be required. If the customer doesn’t have a wage slip available then a copy of their contract can act as proof of income.

For those of you who are self employed, we will require a full 3 months of bank statements and drivers licence. Once again we will need both counterpart and photo drivers licence if the licence is the new style.

Working Tax and Child Tax credits can be used as an additional form of income in order to obtain a greater credit limit. The full 5 page tax credits letter will be required if the tax credits are to be taken in to consideration. If you are unable to produce the 5 page tax credit letter then the lenders can look at bank statements showing the tax credits being credited into your account.
