A Debt Management Plan is repaid to your creditors over a period of time with a fixed amount to them every month. The amount you pay them is determined by working out what you can really pay after all your reasonable living expenses. When the lender is happy that they understand your true position they are more likely to accept a plan, but they are under no obligation to do so.
