We are a nationwide company and a vast majority of our mortgage applications are non-customer facing.

Our call centre staff will contact all clients, ask additional relevant information, and only then transfer the call to a Mortgage Consultant. Additional data collected includes: current lender; total credit card balances; monthly cost of existing loans; adverse credit; income breakdown and more.

  • Clients take 10-15 min's completing application.
  • Rainbow Call Centre staff contact applicants within 1 working hour.
  • Additional info is taken & call transferred to one of our qualified Mortgage Consultants.
  • The initial enquiry is discussed along with a summary of our services, fees and compliant points required.
  • A CIDD and KFI is issued via email.
  • Providing the client wishes to proceed a 2nd interview time is agreed to complete all outstanding data via a sourcing system. Most application forms are sent via email to clients.
  • Clients sign and return via special registered post along with all original I.D. and Proof of residence.
  • Dedicated administration staff prepare office copy and submit applications via e/post to lender/providers.
  • Rainbow dedicated admin staff progress the case through to completion. (Includes all G.I. and life appln's).
  • Accounts department collate figures/fees.
  • System auto generates renewal reminders.
  • In-house Compliance Officer checks cases and provides relevant training.
  • Weekly Lender / Provider training provided.

Mortgage Advisors

We currently seek to recruit experienced Mortgage Advisors (minimum Cemap1) on a self-employed basis. We are a leading Independent Finance Brokerage . These roles are based at our East London Head Office.

No client bank required, as all your enquiries are generated daily from our nationwide advertising campaigns & passed “live” to you. You will be provided with full support and systems, with the benefits of in-house packaging for over 25 lenders; conveyancing and compliance training.

We have an abundance of excellent pre-qualified leads that are mostly dealt with non-F2F. A minimum of 50 clients p.m. are passed to you in this way. Commission rates are between 40-65% depending on completion levels, whilst you will be paid 50% on any of your personal business introduced to the company. Full in-house sales and product training is given on a constant basis.
